daizuoxin/iStock(NEW YORK) — When doctors surrender their medical licenses after being accused of unprofessional conduct, you expect them to be done practicing medicine. But that’s not always the case, a new report shows.
An investigation by USA Today and MedPage Today found that more than 250 doctors in the U.S. who surrendered their licenses managed to build new practices across state lines.
