The Jacksonville Golden Eagles came away with the top team score of 176 during the March 30th varsity golf match at Cherokee County Country Club.
The Warriors of Cherokee County came in second with a team score of 180, and Piedmont’s Bulldogs came in with 183 in a close third.
This was the closest match Cherokee County has faced in this 2015 season. Caden Garrett had the lowest Warriors score with a 40, but not far behind was Stone Alexander bringing in a 42.
Congratulations go out to Cedar Bluff’s Nick Sawyer for bringing in a par score of 35.
