Jacksonville McDonald’s Manager Receives Prestigious Global Award

JACKSONVILLE, ALA. (OCT. 30, 2020) – Adrian Ford, Manager of the McDonald’s Restaurant in Jacksonville, Ala., has won a Ray Kroc Award, an accolade that recognizes the top performing McDonald’s Restaurant Managers globally.

Ford was one of 365 McDonald’s Restaurant Managers around the world, from 60 markets, (representing the top one percent of restaurant managers) to receive the honor, which includes a cash prize and a trophy. Ford was recently honored by McDonald’s in a global virtual celebration.

“Adrian was nominated for his commitment to our restaurant and the community,” said Merry and David Neisler, McDonald’s franchisees who own and operates the restaurant that Adrian manages. “Staff working with Adrian have told us what a great leader he is. We’re delighted that we are able to recognize Adrian in this way for his dedication to McDonald’s.”
