Ohio Valley Conference league officials released its all-conference teams in conjunction with its 2014 tournament, hosted by regular season champion Jacksonville State at University Field.
In her 21st season as the Gamecocks’ head coach, Jana McGinnis claims her fourth OVC Coach of the Year honor in 11 seasons in the league.
She led her alma mater to its fourth OVC regular season title and its first since 2009.
Early this season McGinnis, a Spring Garden alumni, celebrated her 700th career victory.
