Jeremy Alvin Lewis, age 30 of Centre, passed away Saturday, May 8th at
Floyd Cherokee medical Center.

Funeral services will be 5 PM Wednesday May 12th at Perry Funeral Home
Chapel with Randy Vines officiating, burial will follow in New
Nazareth Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 until 5 PM
Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Zac Nance, Wayne Maddox, Cody Lambert, Jake
McCord, Mike O’Berry, Terry Moore and Doug Lee.

Survivors include parents Alvin and Jackie Lewis of Centre;; uncles
and aunts, Chuck and Donna Hill, James and Susie Lewis, Debra Mitchell
and Tim and Tina McCord; cousins, Josh Ogle, Jake McCord, Jessica
McCord, Austin Mitchell and Colyn Mitchell; special friend, Randa
Wilkins; Jeremy’s special pets, Lucy and Lexi.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Jeraldine
Hill and WA Lewis Jr. and Shirley Lewis.

Jeremy was a native of Cherokee County and a member of New Nazareth
Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to New Nazareth Cemetery Fund.
