Kaley Cuoco Calls Plastic Surgery the “Best Thing I Ever Did”

Monty Brinton/CBS(LOS ANGELES) — Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco has no problem admitting her great looks aren’t totally natural. “Years ago, I had my nose done and my boobs — best thing I ever did,” she reveals in the December issue of Women’s Health magazine.

While she credits a healthy diet and exercise with keeping her at the top of her game, she also admits, “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.”

There’s no shame in it, Cuoco tells the magazine.

“As much as you want to love your inner self…I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” she says. “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

Fitness — and especially yoga — is central to her keeping her physique, however. “The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much,” she said of her new workout plan. “But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out. It’s important, it’s now part of my day. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”

Her trick?

“Always eat half,” she said in the magazine. “We eat our entire plate and by the end we just want to fall over because we’ve totally overeaten. If you’re still hungry, eat it later, but if you think about it, you don’t really need it. So that’s been a really good tip for me.”

Cuoco, 30, is focusing on herself after splitting from ex-husband Ryan Sweeting. The two wed in 2013 after just a few months of dating and announced their split in 2015.

The actress says she’s found another great use for yoga in the wake of the split.

“I’ve cried numerous times in [class],” she tells the magazine. “The best part is I’m sweating so bad no one can tell. … Everyone’s going through stuff in their lives, every single person.”
