Latest COVID-19 Figures For Cherokee County

THIS UPDATE IS AS OF 6:40 12/15/2020:

According to the latest numbers from the Alabama Department of Public Health Cherokee County has had a total 1,213 cases of COVID-19 since March, 840 of those confirmed and 373 probable. There have been a total of 24 deaths with 18 confirmed and 6 probable. In the last 14 days there have been 165 confirmed cases out of 420 people tested. 

So far there have been 6,145 diagnostic tests administered and 386 antibody tests. 

Statewide there are 29,259 hospitalized and 174,805 recoveries.

According to the ADPH there are currently 12 cases in the Cherokee County School system.
