Leesburg Landing Crash Victims Say Act Was Intentional

There’s been a shocking new development in the case of that SUV which crashed into Weiss Lake at Leesburg Landing on Tuesday night, leaving four dead, two injured and one missing – presumed dead. The two survivors, Kim Learned (see video below) and Brittney Hobson, are now saying the driver intentionally drove into the water.

According to the Facebook below by the other survivor, she clearly states the act was intentional.

Recovery efforts continue as crews search for Bobby Shore – Cherokee County Coroner Jeremy Deaton:

Deaton says toxicology reports have been sent to the Alabama Department of Forensics Sciences, results may take up to 60 days

Deaton said at this time Investigators are still trying to determine exactly what the occupants were doing in the area and where they were going.

Rescue crews will continue to search until the body of Shore has been recovered. We’ll have more on this story as it continues to develop.
