Cosmetology students at the Cherokee County Career & Technology Center recently had a chance to get some professional training from a top notch Professional Hair Stylist.

Michelle McCoy who serves as the Regional Color Coordinator for Paul Mitchell based out of Atlanta recently visited the Cosmetology Department at the Tech Center – McCoy has been a hair stylist for some ten years now and has worked her way up to Paul Mitchell through continued Education Programs similar to those offered at the Career & Tech School.

McCoy met with students to share with them information concerning the latest moving parts of the professional hair coloring field – and gave students an opportunity to present their own questions about the ends and outs of the profession.

The class was presented by Kim and PJ Martin who are the Owners of Kutter J’s Family Salon in Cedar Bluff.
