Lyerly, Georgia Man fatally Injured in Sunday Morning Auto Accident

The Georgia State Patrol continues their investigation into a Sunday morning auto accident that claimed took the life of a 38 year old Chattooga County man. 

Sheriff Mark Schrader stated the GSP brought in their Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team to aid in the investigation. 

Schrader confirmed that Chris Hines of Lyerly was the victim in the accident that happened on Old Holland Road. 

Family members of the crash victim have set up a Go Fund Me account to help offset funeral expenses. 

We’ll have additional information once the accident report is released by the Georgia State Patrol Post in Rome.
