Gary Michael Jenkins, age 56 of Rome was placed under arrest after reportedly spitting on a nurse at Floyd Medical Center and then stating that he would “shoot and kill her”. He was also found to be in possession of meth during the course of the investigation.
Jenkins was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts and with possession of meth.
