An Armuchee man recently arrested for armed robbery now faces additional charges.

24 year old Gregory Allen Davenport was arrested for robbing an elderly man at his home – and on Monday of this week he was charged with exploitation or intimidation of the elderly along with aggravated assault, theft by taking, stalking, pointing or aiming a gun at another, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime – and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Police say that Davenport followed the victim home and pulled a gun – taking $400 in cash, and a cell phone.

An alleged accomplice, identified as 22 year old Ansley Paige Yarbrough of Cedartown, was the driver of the car used in the robbery.

She was also arrested and charged with armed robbery.
