One person was taken to the hospital late Saturday morning when the tractor he was driving rolled over on top of him on County Road 69 near County Road 148 in the Piney Community.
Emergency personnel were called to the scene just after noon Saturday. They were able to get the tractor off of the victim and he was taken by Floyd EMS to the hospital, his condition is unknown at this time.
The Spring Creek Fire Department, Cherokee County Rescue Squad personnel, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Floyd EMS responded to the scene.
