Marshall County Authorities Searching for Man Wanted in Connection with Fatal Stabbing Incident

Marshall County authorities are currently searching for a man in connection with the fatal stabbing of an individual in the Asbury Community of the county.

Last Friday night (April 2nd) Marshall County Deputies responded to a call regarding a man bleeding and crawling along the roadside on Martling Road near Jupiter Circle.  When law enforcement arrived they found a deceased male, who was later identified as Johnathan Wade Bryant.  Investigators determined that an altercation had taken place at a residence on Jupiter Circle between Bryant and another white male, Ronny Lee Peppers Jr., which resulted in Peppers stabbing Bryant.

The Department of Forensic Science determined the victim died, due to a stab wound to the upper leg.

Murder warrants have now been issued for Peppers, and several agencies are, at this time, actively pursuing leads to his whereabouts.
