A Marshall County man is charged with performing sex acts in front of very young children while making them video tape it.

27 year old Christopher Lee Peppers is charged with two counts of enticing a child for immoral purposes and indecent exposure.

The incident happened in a public place but then he reportedly made a slight reference to the event on social media.

Judge Mitch Floyd set Peppers bond at a half-million dollars Friday and ordered him to stay away from the victims and immediate family.

Albertville police said Peppers took a six and seven-year-old boy to an Albertville football field on January 22 and began performing sex acts involving a foreign object while making them video tape the event on a cell phone.

Peppers reportedly made reference to the foreign object just hours later, on his Facebook page.

The boys also said Peppers told them he wanted to involve a 6-year-old girl in the neighborhood in a similar event.

Police said the boys also reported that Peppers did “bad things” to a dog while they were in a house.

The incident was reported to police by the children’s mother.

Judge Floyd set a preliminary hearing date for March 9.
