Mary Kathy Williams Bailey, age 68 of Centre, passed away Saturday, May 30th at UAB.
Funeral services will be 4:PM Monday, June 1st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marshall Plants officiating; burial will follow in Hebron cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4:PM Monday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Bailey; sons, Jud Bailey of Centre, Shane Bailey of Rock Run; daughter, Merissa Mobbs of Centre; special niece, Deidre (Chris) O’Neal of Leesburg; great niece and nephews, Alix, Cassidy and Coby O’Neal all of Leesburg; grandchildren, Haylan and Gunnar Bailey of Centre, Brea Bailey of Auburn, Mason Bailey of Centre, Bryson and Brendon Lindsey of Leesburg; special friends, Barbara Miller and William Kay Plants.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Anga Lee Moseley and a brother-in-law, Marnel Moseley.
Pallbearers include Haylan Bailey, Gunnar Bailey, Alix O’Neal, Coby O’Neal, Mason Bailey, Bryson Lindsey, Brendon Lindsey.
Mrs. Bailey was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Dora Ann Samples Williams, she was a seamstress at American Apparel and was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church.
