Michael “Chad” Stephens, age 37 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Monday, October 15th at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.
Funeral services will be 3:PM Friday, October 19th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Terry Hawkins officiating; burial will follow in Hardeman Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3:PM Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Curt Tucker, Kevin McDaniel, Arnez Stokes, Terrence Dixon, Roger Edgeworth, Will Roe; Honorary Pallbearers will be Justin Humphrey, Seth Guyton, Joseph Franklin.
Survivors include son, Jace Michael “Stephens” Abernathy of Centre; daughter, Kristen Stephens of Centre; Parents, Jerry Wayne ( Rhena) Stephens of Cedar Bluff and Mother, Angela Marie Stephens of Centre; brothers, Jason Stephens of Gaylesville and Jared Stephens of Centre; grandmothers, Sarah Brumbelow and Frances Stephens; several nieces & nephews.
Mr. Stephens was a native of Cherokee County and was self employed.
