A Michigan man is lodged in the Cherokee County Detention Center on charges of being a Fugitive from Justice.
32 year old Ryan Allen Dailey, wanted on a fugitive from justice warrant for family violence charges in Spring Lake, Michigan, was taken into custody by Sheriff’s Office investigators on Thursday.
Cherokee County Investigators received information Dailey had fled the state and was staying in the Cedar Bluff area. He is also wanted for a probation violation charges and has a protection from abuse order against him.
The suspect was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center where he awaits extradition to Michigan.
