Missing Anniston Woman Found in Georgia Hospital

A 20 year old east Alabama college student, who had been reported missing was discovered Sunday in a hospital in Stockbridge, Georgia.

Family members informed media outlets that Joanie Bryant was apparently admitted to the hospital on Saturday night, but has no physical injuries, and isn’t telling anyone where she’s been for the last week or how she arrived at the medical facility.

Bryant, a sophomore at Alabama A&M, was last seen at her family’s home in the 2000 block of Moore Avenue in Anniston on Monday, March 23rd.  She had reportedly been suffering with emotional issues, and recently been hospitalized for behavioral health observation.
