Mr. Bradley Eugene Harbin, age 40, of Cedar Bluff, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Friends are welcome at the visitation on Thursday, from 11:00am – 1:00pm at the chapel, but MASKS ARE required along with social distancing.
