Mr. Charlie Bias, age 84 of Gaylesville, passed away Thursday, August 29th at his residence.
Funeral services will be 1:PM Sunday, September 1st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Brian Williams officiating; burial will follow in Weiss Lake Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:PM Saturday.
Pallbearers include Chris Bias, Timothy Bias, Paul Bias, Chris Rogers, Brad Grimes and Wayne Penney.
Survivors include his wife: Lawanna Adkins Bias; sons: Charles M. “Chuck” Bias, Jr. of Gaylesville, Brett Allen (Missy) Bias of Cedar Bluff, David Ray (RoseAnna) Bias of Gaylesville, Paul Scott (Marie) Bias of Gaylesville; daughters: Crystal Gayle (Wayne) Penny of Cedar Bluff, Loretta Lynn (Bobby) Harrelson ; sisters: Roxie Kopie of FL. and Juanita Lilly of OH. 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
Mr. Bias was a native of West Virginia, the son of the late Lonzo and Nancy Booth Bias and was of the Baptist faith.
