Funeral service for Homer L. Voiles, 82, of Piedmont will be Monday, October 26, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Thompson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Pike officiating. Burial will follow at Piedmont Memory Gardens.  Mr. Voiles passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Gadsden Health and Rehab.

The family will receive friends Monday one hour prior to service.

He is survived by a niece, Frances Matthews of Gnatville; two nephews, Bruce Voiles of Anniston and Randy Voiles of Gnatville; and several cousins.

Mr. Voiles was a long-time resident of Piedmont and retired from the state of Alabama with over 30 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking and antique cars.

Mr. Voiles was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Voiles and parents Homer L. Voiles, Sr., and Hattie Voiles. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
