Joe Brashier, age 85 of Centre, passed away Sunday, July 18th at his residence.

Funeral services will be 5:00PM Thursday, July 22nd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tommy Price and Bro. Melvin Salter officiating.

Burial with follow at Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3 until 5:00PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Survivors include wife, Sherian Byram Brashier; step-sons, Tony Mackey, Scott Mackey (Jennifer); daughter, Terri Kelly (Randy); and sister, Carolyn Whorton (Charley); grandchildren, Chloe Mackey and Madeline Mackey.

Mr. Brashier was a native of Centre and of the Baptist faith.

Pallbearers will include, Ronnie Whorton, Mark Whorton, Andrew Minor, Andrew Rush, Drew Rush, Larry Guffey, Andrew Guffey, Sue Brooks, Laura St. Clair, Billy Mack Garrett, Harold Day, and Jeff Gossett.

The family would like to request no flowers or food, and donations can be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
