Mr. Kenneth Lamar “Kenny” Dawson, age 33, of Summerville, GA died Sunday,February 16, 2014, at his residence.

Mr. Dawson was born July 7, 1980 in Rome, GA, the son of Kenneth Franklin  Dawson and Gail Annette Fowler Dawson.  He was employed with PMI. Mr.Dawson was preceded in death by his grandfather, Franklin Dawson; andgreat grandparents, Willie and Grace Dawson.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Kenneth and Elaine Dawson;mother and step-father, Gail and Richard Dover; sister, Tabatha Dawson;half-sisters, Jennifer Floyd, Amber Cannon, and Crystal Floyd; step-sister, SherryBowen; grandparents, Ann McGraw Freer, and William and Carol Fowler; and a great-grandmother, Roxie King.

Graveside and interment service will be held at 2:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Needmore Cemetery.  Rev. John McGraw and Rev. GregBanks will officiate. 

Pallbearers will be Wesley Dawson, Jason Burrage, Josh Burrage, Mikey McGraw, Adam McGraw, and Randy Burrage.

Mr. Dawson will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receivefriends from 6:00 until 8:00 p. m. EST on Monday, February 17, 2014.
