Mr. Warren Brown Dotson, Jr., age 68 of Birmingham, passed away Saturday July 5th at Brookwood Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3 P.M. Tuesday July 8th at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Jim Savage officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 P.M. Tuesday.
Pallbearers include Adam Cohn, Bryant Cohn, Alex Cohn, John Coggin, Billy Wayne McKinney, Joey West, Wallace Lyons & Johnny Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Jane May Dotson of Birmingham: sons, Tres (Laura) Dotson of Trussville, Corey (Amy) Dotson of Birmingham and Nick (Freida) McMichen of Centre: daughter, Amy Joy (Peter) LeJuene of Mountainbrook: sister, Deana Dotson of Pelham: Grandchildren, McKenzie, Morgan & Parker Dotson; Avery, Ansley & Carter Dotson; Mindy & Matt McMichen; Lilly, Blaise & Alice LeJuene; mother-in-law, Jimmie Sue Miller.
Mr. Dotson was a native of Nashville Tn. and the son of the late Warren Brown and Doris Kathleen Wallace Dotson, Sr.
He was the President of Sew Sew Styles, Inc. of Centre, Past President of the American Apparel Manufacturers Association, Past President of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce in 1979, and was a member of Riverchase United Methodist Church.
