Mrs. Birtha Mae Reynolds age 97 of Gaylesville passed away Friday July 13th at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Sunday July 15th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Williams officiating, burial will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
Survivors include son, Claude (Audrey) Reynolds of Gaylesville; daughter, Joyce (Wayne) Bishop; 8 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sue Calaway; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lee Reynolds Sr.; sons, Albert Lee Reynolds Jr. and Richard Reynolds; several brothers and sisters and grandchildren, Susan Denise Reynolds, Johnny DeWayne Bishop and Walter Cavin Reynolds.
Mrs. Reynolds was a native of Silver Springs Ga. and the daughter of the late William Nathaniel and Lilly Bell Wilson Calaway and was of the Baptist Faith.
The family will accept flowers or memorial may be made to Mill Creek Cemetery.
