Mrs. Charlsie Starr-Horne, 89, Birmingham, Alabama passed away on October 28, 2015 at Floyd Hospital in Rome, GA.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 1:00pm EST at Metropolitan United Methodist Church in Rome, GA. with Rev. Dr. Deborah Holloway officiating. The interment will follow at the Kirks Grove Community Cemetery.
She leaves loving memories to her children – Glenda (William) Boyd, Donald H. (Helen) Starr, Jr. and her daughter-in-law, Willie Mae Starr.
Preceding her in death are her late husband’s, Donald H. Starr, Jr. and Leo Horne, and her youngest son Michael Starr.
Wright Memorial Mortuary, Inc has charged of services.
