Mrs. Edith Clayton Wood, age 85 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Thursday, October 14th 2021 at her residence.
A graveside service will be held 3PM Saturday, October 16th, at Cherokee Memory Gardens with Dr. George Cobb officiating.
Pallbearers will be members of the family.
She is survived by her daughter, Pam Nagler; brother-in-law, Billy Mac Garrett; sisters-in-law, Sue Hurley and Becky Clayton; Host of nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Wood.
Mrs. Wood was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Milton Clifford and Idel Rosie Arnold Clayton, she was vice president at a Suntrust Bank and was of the Methodist faith.
