Mrs. Edna Mae Barnes, age 75 of Centre, passed away Monday, April 21st at her residence.
Funeral services will be 1:PM Thursday, April 24th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Derrick Roberts officiating; burial will follow in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:PM Wednesday.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Roy Barnes, Donald Barnes, Wayne Crane.
Survivors include daughters, Glenda Hunter of Centre, Wanda (Lester) McDaniel of Centre, Darlene (Alan) Hale of Centre; sister, Mary (Dennis) Tierce of Spring Garden; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy G. Barnes.
Mrs. Barnes was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late J.B. and Gertie L. Sanford Crane and was a member of Calcedonia Baptist Church.
