Mrs. Mary Beard, age 83 of Leesburg, AL, died on April 11, 2012 at her residence.
She is survived by her husband Melvin Beard; son, Steve (Linda) Beard; daughter, Karen (Frank) Glazner; brother, Kenneth Coleman; grandchildren, Kayley Glazner and Joey Beard, two great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Pruitt officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until the service at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Beard was a native of Cherokee County. She was the daughter of the late William and Gladys Coleman and she was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
