Mrs. Nellie Dean Chadwick age 82 of Centre passed away Friday December 28th at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday January 2nd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Hardin and Rev. Joe Stevens officiating, burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family will serve as pallbearers.
Survivors include sons, James Chadwick, Richard Chadwick and Nathan Lee Chadwick, Jr. all of Centre; sister, Dovie Hooper Doyal of Centre; brother-in-law, Carlton Bishop of Cedar Bluff and Martin Bishop of Ballplay; sister-in-law, Willie Sue Moses; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Nathan Lee Chadwick Sr.
Mrs. Chadwick was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Lester James and Frances Coursey Hooper and member of Enon Grove Baptist Church.
