Mrs. Phyllis Ann(Blackwell) Gipson Watkins, age 82, of Fyffe passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Monday, January 28, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Kirk Memorial Gardens. Rev. Hoyt Gilbert will be officiating. The Family will receive Friends from 5-8pm on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
