Mrs. Sheila Ann Abernathy, age 49 of Cedar Bluff, passed Tuesday, December 1st at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 3 P.M. Friday at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Odem and Rev. David Dutton officiating. Burial will follow in Unity Cemetery in Cedar Bluff. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Curtis Abernathy, Brent Abernathy, Gary Abernathy, Nicky Mayes, Logan McDaniel, Michael Abernathy.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Travis Abernathy; daughters, Chloe Abernathy of Cedar Bluff, Shea Swain of Leesburg; father, Fred Daniel of Cedar Bluff; sisters, Paula Harrell of Cedar Bluff, Lisa Daniel of Cedar Bluff; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Abernathy was a native of Cherokee County and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Joyce Crane Daniel.
