Ms. Rhonda Stargell Vance, age 58, of Leesburg, passed away Thursday January 18th at Riverview Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 3 P.M. Sunday January 21st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.L. Stanley, and Rev. Dan Hale with burial to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1P.M. to 3P.M. Sunday.

Pallbearers include Jake Grogan, Josh Ellison, Alan Grogan, Virgile Penland, Zack Ellison, Charlie Penland, Jack Stargell.
Honorary Pallbearers include Tyler Grogan, Robin Stargell, Austin Hightower.

Survivors include son Josh Ellison of Leesburg; daughters Kristie (Alan) Grogan of Sand Rock, Britt Ellison of Boaz; parents Joe and Shirley Williams of Centre; brothers Jack (Jamey) Stargell of Centre, Robin (Sherry) Stargell of Cedartown, GA., Virgil (Laura) Penland of Cedartown, GA., Charlie Penland of Ben Wheeler,TX., sisters Dana Penland of Ben Wheeler, TX., Brenda (Chris) Whorton of Centre, Tammy (Steve) Harris of Centre; grandchildren Tyler and Jake Grogan, Zack Ellison, Austin Hightower all of Leesburg, Erin Hightower of Centre, Shon, Danielle, Cody and Savannah Yother of Boaz; 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Vance was born in Etowah County. She is preceded in death by daughter Tiffany Hightower, grand daughter Kaylona Faulks, father Bobby Stargell.
