Multiple Arrests Made in Connection to Ft Payne House Party

Ft Payne Police arrested several people earlier this week in connection with a House Party.

Officers went to a Williams Avenue address in response to a report of a suspicious vehicle and upon arrival they observed a handgun in plain sight between the front passenger seat and the center console.  The caller told law enforcement they saw two male subjects get out of the vehicle and walk toward the back yard of 1608 Godfrey Avenue North.  Officers went to the location, where they made contact with the vehicle owner. 

While at the location the officers observed numerous containers of alcoholic beverages, and several subjects that appeared to be under the legal drinking age of 21. 

At that point, five individuals were arrested and charged with Allowing Minors to Consume Alcohol:  Marilu Domingo, age 21 of Hanceville; Eduardo Hidrogo, 22 of Valley Head; Jose Plasencia, age 21 of Valley Head; Jerome Techloec, age 25 of Ft Payne; and Jose Esteben, age 24, also fo Ft Payne.  Five individuals between the ages of 18 and 20 were also arrested and charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol. 

Three juveniles under the age of 18 were also arrested at the scene.

Ft Payne Police Chief Randy Bynum stated that these types of parties, in which adults allow children to consume alcohol, will not be tolerated in Ft Payne.
