Murder Suspect Now Facing Additional Charges

ROME - Murder - ForemanA man charged with Murder in Floyd County, Georgia is now facing additional charges.

25 year old Jamal Nevin Foreman, who was arrested last Sunday (July 20th), is now additionally charged with aggravated assault, pointing or aiming of a gun or pistol at another, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, the discharge of a firearm on the property of another, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, the discharge of a firearm near a highway or public street and reckless conduct.

Foreman stands accused of shooting at Wreno Fain outside of Club Lexus on East Main Street in Rome during the early morning hours of Sunday; police say he continued shooting after Fain had gotten into a vehicle.

Fain was pronounced dead at 2:54am in the ER at Floyd Medical Center.

Foreman was arrested a short time later at a home located on Maple Street.

He currently remains in the Floyd County Jail without bond.
