Nell Oliver recently stopped by the WEIS Radio studios to discuss the many activities associated with the 20th Century Club, including their upcoming BBQ Supper which is set for this Saturday, June 30th from 4:00 – 8:00pm at the Cedar Bluff Community Center.  The Community Center is east to find, located on Old Highway 9 North next to the Cedar Bluff Police Department.  BBQ Plates with all the fixin’s will be just $8.00 each.  Dine-in or carry-out.

Ms. Oliver and Morning Show Host Jerry Baker discussed the history of the 20th Century Club, which dates back to 1954, and even though it was founded in Cedar Bluff, is dedicated to helping children across the county.  Over the years the club has perhaps become best known for its huge annual Easter Egg Hunt, however that is just one of the many things that the members do to help benefit the community. 

The 20th Century Club is always looking for new members to assist in their ever-growing number of projects.
