Leesburg Police reported an accident involving an 18 wheeler occurring on Weiss Lake Blvd. near the Coosa Corner on Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, the driver of the pickup truck involved was checked at the scene and released and the driver of the big rig was not injured.
The Leesburg Police and Fire Department, Centre Police and Floyd EMS responded to the scene.
