115 boat teams consisting of teen anglers from the Northwest Georgia High School Anglers Association area converged on Weiss Lake on Saturday for tournament fishing.
The team of Ellis/Eldridge had the best total weight of 21.24lbs, the second place team of Vaughn/Vaughn had a total combined weight of 17.38 and the third place team of McCullough/Padgett weighed in with a total weight of 15.82lbs
The ‘big fish’ for yesterday’s tournament weighed in a 5.51lbs caught by the team of Adams/Shepherd.
