Northwest Georgia Woman Jailed After Being Pulled Over on Highway 114

A Lyerly, Georgia woman was placed under arrest Saturday after she was pulled over on Highway 114 in Chattooga County

According to the Sheriff’s Office report – a deputy pulled over 23 year old Angel Bare, after he witnessed her failing to maintain a single lane.  When the officer requested a vehicle registration, she was unable to provide proof of ownership or insurance.

The deputy asked for consent to search the vehicle and afterwards reportedly found  several different pills – which the suspect admitted she had no prescription for.  She also refused to say where she had obtained the drugs.  Bare was arrested and booked into the Chattooga County Jail on drug possession and various driving charges.
