“Note to Self: Look Into Anger Management Classes” Irate Customer Slams Car Into Bank Building

Gadsden Bank Day 1

Temper tantrums rarely work out for the one doing the “throwing” of said tantrum – and that was the case on Saturday morning – for a man who apparently decided to drive his car into the side of the Regions Bank building in East Gadsden.

Then unnamed driver was taken into custody by Gadsden Police officers following the incident – which took place at approximately 9:15am.

Apparently there were no injuries and the bank wall was still standing even though you could see inside to the lobby of the building.

The car was towed away within a couple of hours and a Gadsden Police Officer was on the scene to secure the site until bank security could take over.

No one working at the bank would comment on the situation other than to describe the man as an “irate customer.”
