NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND BUDGET HEARING
The next board meeting, and second budget hearing, for the Cherokee County Board of Education is set for this Thursday (September 13th), and will be held at the Central Board Office, East Main Street in Centre.
The meeting will begin at 6:00pm and items on the agenda include:
- Adopt Agenda
- Approve Minutes
- FY19 Budget Hearing
- Approve FY19 Budget
- Approve 2019 Capital Plan
- Approve Revised Nurse Salary Schedule (No Salary Change – Consolidating Two Schedules)
- Approve Out of State Travel with Students
- Personnel Action
- Approve Professional Development
- Other
The Board normally meets on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at the Central Board Office. Those meetings are open to the public.
