One person is now in custody, and another is awaiting extradition back to Marshall County, in connection with the death of 15 year old Jason Richards in May of this year (2015).
18 year old Ryan Anthony Fitch has been charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide, the Abuse of a Corpse and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Police said that Richards’ death had been caused by an unintentional gunshot wound to the head from a .25 caliber handgun held by Fitch; they have also identified a 17 year old male wanted in connection to the death – and are currently working to extradite him to Marshall County.
Fitch is currently being held on bond of $90,000.
