One person was hurt in a two-vehicle accident in front of the Weiss Mart Marina just before the Cedar Bluff Bridge Monday morning. That accident took place just prior to 9:00am with those responding to the scene including Cedar Bluff Police and Firefighters along with units with Floyd Cherokee Medical Center.
The injured party was taken to Floyd Cherokee Medical Center.
Traffic was backed up for approximately 30 minutes while crews worked to clean up debris and tow trucks removed both vehicles from the scene.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by Cedar Bluff Police.
