One person was hurt in a collision between a tractor trailer and a pickup truck, early Friday morning on Alabama Highway 9 north, near County Road 115.
No additional information was available regarding the extent of the person’s injuries.
That accident occurred at approximately 5:20am, blocking traffic for an extended period of time.
Cedar Bluff firefighters, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Deputies, Alabama State Troopers, and Floyd EMS responded to the scene.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by troopers.
