There was a two vehicle accident just after 4:30 Tuesday afternoon, Piedmont Highway at the Dixie Youth Baseball Fields in Centre.
At least one person was extricated from one of the vehicles and transported the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Centre Police and Fire, Rescue personnel, Floyd EMS responded to the scene.
