A two-vehicle accident occurring over the weekend just outside of Arab claimed the life of a 21 year old Guntersville woman.
Around 9:00pm Sunday, Brianna Alexus Vaughn, driving a 2001 Infiniti, reportedly crossed the centerline on Alabama Highway 69 and collided with an on-coming 1998 GMC Envoy. Vaughn was pronounced dead at the scene – while the driver of the Envoy was transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the wreck.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
