One person was injured in a single vehicle crash on Highway 68 East in Cedar Bluff on Tuesday night. That accident occurred at the intersection of County Road 75 in front of Harton’s Store just before 9:00.
The Cedar Bluff Police and Fire Departments, Cherokee EMS and Rescue Squad personnel responded to the scene. Firefighters and Paramedics removed the driver of the vehicle from the car and he was treated by medics at the scene before being taken to the Cedar Bluff Football field and airlifted to an area trauma center.
