Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle rollover on the Bypass near the Career & Tech School on Friday afternoon. The driver of the vehicle managed to free himself and climb out of the vehicle where bystanders stayed with him until firefighters and medics arrived on the scene.
The victim was taken by Cherokee EMS to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries, his condition is not known at this time. The Centre Police and Fire Department, Cherokee EMS and Rescue Squad personnel responded.
