An Oxford man was hurt in a one-vehicle accident in Cherokee County, during the early morning hours of Monday.
Alabama State Trooper accident reports listed 45 year old Sam Leahey as being injured when his 2007 Peterbilt was involved in a wreck on Highway 278 at around 4:30am.
No additional information regarding his condition was available and the cause of that accident is still under investigation.
